unsaturated oils such as linseed, body oils, animal fats
heavy metal salts (e.g. aluminum, chromium, zinc)

Environmental performance

ELASPAN® fiber contains stabilizers that provide resistance to discoloration and eventual degradation by ultraviolet light, sunlight, and atmospheric pollutants (oxides of carbon, nitrogen or sulfur).

ELASPAN® fiber, as a polyurethane, burns when ignited by an external flame. It continues burning until oxygen is no longer available.
